This activity focuses on identifying  a location from a corner or another point.

  • Review the vocabulary with David on slide 2 below (pg. 168-172 in the workbook).
  • Watch Iva describe the location of various businesses on slide 5. 
    • Use the maps in the workbook to follow along.
      • "From a Corner" #1-4 (page 184)
      • "Across from a Place" #1-4 (page 186)
  • Use your map to complete "Fill in the Space" on slide 5 (you can print a map Download print a map here).
